Shipping Policy

1. Overview
CK KUYA currently uses third-party fulfillment partners, including print-on-demand, dropshipping, manufacturing, and shipping providers such as Printful. We do not personally pack and ship every product from a single CK KUYA warehouse.
This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, fulfillment, shipping estimates, tracking, multiple shipments, and delivery issues are handled.
2. Order Processing and Production
Many products are made, printed, prepared, or fulfilled after an order is placed. Processing and production times vary by product, supplier, order volume, season, and destination.
Typical processing or production time is approximately 2–7 business days before shipment, although some products may require additional time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, estimated shipping times generally range as follows:
- Canada: 3–10 business days after shipment.
- United States: 3–10 business days after shipment.
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment.
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, seasonal demand, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, product type, and the fulfillment partner used.
5. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, shipment tracking details will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
6. Multiple Shipments
Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages if they are fulfilled by different suppliers, warehouses, or production facilities.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@ckkuya.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order enters production.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or returned to sender, contact us at support@ckkuya.com.
We will work with the fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
9. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
10. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, labor disruptions, supplier delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
