Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

1. Overview
Thank you for shopping with CK KUYA. We want customers to feel confident when purchasing from us. This Refund, Return & Warranty Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty issues are handled.
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the conditions below.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- In the same condition received.
- With original tags attached, where applicable.
- In original packaging, where applicable.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, email support@ckkuya.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.
Important: Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, a damaged item, or an incorrect item received.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the issue was caused by our error.
5. Damages, Defects, and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at support@ckkuya.com and include photos where possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.
6. Print-on-Demand and Dropshipping Products
Some CK KUYA products are produced and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand or dropshipping partners such as Printful.
Minor variations in color, print placement, texture, sizing, or packaging may occur and are not always considered defects.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or required by law:
- Final sale items.
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Digital downloads, online access products, and e-tickets.
- Personal care and beauty products.
- Perishable goods.
- Hazardous materials and flammable products.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a separate order after your return is approved.
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@ckkuya.com.
10. Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, workmanship issue, print issue, or fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, sizing errors, or unauthorized alterations.
11. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable law and product eligibility.
